Muss:
We are looking for candidates with 11 years of experience in building and leading rich web applications at scale. You should have a deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Next, and Vue. Additionally, a portfolio showcasing your work in building robust, high-performance Single Page Applications (SPAs) or Server-Side Rendered (SSR) front ends and core web vitals is essential. A strong background in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence is also required. Bonus points if you have experience with A/B experimentation, have international exposure, or have worked with travel or e-commerce products.
Verantwortlichkeiten
In your role, you will spearhead the architecture and system design of Agoda's next-generation front end systems. You will drive best-in-class performance, accessibility, and usability of our platforms. As a mentor and a subject-matter expert for the front-end engineering team, you will influence stakeholders within the Product and Business teams. Additionally, you will set technical standards and ensure the scalability of our systems.
