Anforderungen
Muss:
- ERP experience in a cross-site role
- Pragmatic and service-oriented mindset
- Several years of experience in the ERP environment (e.g., application support, as a key user, ERP consulting, or in-house ERP)
- Good process understanding
- Enjoyment of analysis, prioritization, and clean implementation
- Interest in system connections and interfaces
- Structured working style, reliable, clear communication, team-oriented
- Flexibility for occasional travel to our locations, usually planned and manageable
- Very good German language skills; knowledge of English or French is advantageous
- Experience with WWS is not a must; we provide structured onboarding
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Collaborate closely with our departments in the ERP team
- Application support and process understanding regarding our ERP system
- Support our key users and departments at various locations with technical and professional questions
- Analyze and handle support inquiries and tickets, including solution implementation
- Analyze and resolve process and application issues in sales, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and production
- Accompany releases, tests, and system changes
- Analyze, manage, and document interfaces between ERP and adjacent systems
- Collaborate with external service providers and system partners
- Support the further development of our ERP processes
