Anforderungen
Muss:
- ERP experience, willing to take on responsibilities across multiple locations
- Several years of experience in the ERP environment, e.g., in Application Support, as a Key User, in ERP consulting or in-house ERP
- Good process understanding
- Enjoys analysis, prioritization, and clean implementation
- Interest in system relationships and interfaces
- Structured working style, reliable, clear in communication, team-oriented
- Flexibility for occasional travel to our locations, generally manageable and within a reasonable scope
- Very good German language skills; English or French language skills are advantageous
- Experience with WWS is not a must; we will provide structured onboarding
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Collaborate closely with our departments within the ERP team
- Focus on application support and process understanding around our ERP system
- Support our Key Users and departments at the locations for technical and professional inquiries
- Develop practical solutions in collaboration with departments
- Support departments in their daily use of our ERP system (WWS)
- Analyze and process support requests and tickets, including solution implementation
- Analyze and resolve process and application issues in areas like sales, purchasing, storage, logistics, and production
- Accompany releases, testing, and system changes
- Analyze, maintain, and document interfaces between ERP and adjacent systems
- Collaborate with external service providers and system partners
- Assist in the further development of our ERP processes
