Requirements
Must:
• Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture.
- Experience in design, implementation, and improvement of existing cloud architectures.
- Knowledge about modern security threats and best practices.
- Strong background in database management and software lifecycle maintenance.
• Soft Skills:
- Working proficiency in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with agile, cross functional teams.
- Experience in mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Eager to learn.
Nice to have:
• Additional Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - At least 2 years of experience in IT Security Operations. - At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or related field. - Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies (our stack is: Node, TypeScript, Python). - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and related technologies (AWS or Google Cloud). - Proficient knowledge of container orchestration and modern pipeline technologies (e.g. Kubernetes or Docker Swarm). - Proficient knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools and automation frameworks (e.g. Terraform). - Good experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog).Technologies

Responsibilities
• Infrastructure Management & Software Architecture:
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and software architecture.
- Ensure systems are up-to-date, secure, and optimized to support seamless business operations.
- Lead efforts in scaling and modernizing infrastructure and architecture to meet organizational needs.
• Security and Risk Management:
- Conduct comprehensive security audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Stay ahead of emerging security threats and best practices, integrating this awareness into the organization.
- Develop and enforce policies that safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor system performance, tracking key efficiency metrics.
- Analyze and optimize processes to prevent failures and minimize downtime.
- Implement advanced monitoring tools to improve system visibility and response times.
• Collaboration & Strategic Impact:
- Partner with product development teams to align infrastructure improvements with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure external solutions meet operational and security standards.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of IT operations by identifying opportunities for improvement.
Description
Join our team as a DevSecOps Engineer (gn) and be at the forefront of optimizing and securing the backbone of our operations. The role is project based and conducted on a temporary contract starting as of 01.06.2025. You will play a pivotal role in bridging our technical operations and product development teams by maintaining and enhancing our technology stack, implementing robust security measures, and driving performance optimization to ensure our systems remain resilient, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.
