Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in ITIL und anderen IT Service Management Frameworks
- Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Verhandlungsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar verständlich darzustellen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
Responsibilities
- Portfolioanalyse und Optimierung: Bewertung und strategische Ausrichtung des globalen IT-Serviceportfolios
- Governance-Standards: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Best Practices für die Portfolio-Governance
- Service Level Management: Definition und Überwachung von SLAs und OLAs zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität
- Stakeholderkommunikation: Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Moderation von Portfolio-Reviews
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur Steigerung der Servicequalität
- Entscheidungsfindung: Aufnahme neuer Services und Ausmusterung veralteter Services im Portfolio
