Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Client Management, Client Support, Gerätemanagement, technischen Field Service o.Ä.
- Breit gefächertes IT-Wissen in den Bereichen Hardware, Software, Netzwerk und Betriebssysteme
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Kommunikationsvermögen im internen wie externen Kontakt
- Eigenständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
- Führerschein der Klasse B
Responsibilities
- Konfiguration von komplexen Endgeräten mit hohem Schutzniveau
- Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten in ITSM-Tools
- Unterstützung der Kunden beim Troubleshooting und bei der technischen Fehlerbehebung
- Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Pflege und Rückbau von hochsicheren Kommunikationssystemen in Kundenumgebungen
- Durchführung von Einweisungen und Schulungen bei externen Kunden vor Ort
