Requirements
Must:
- I have a degree in computer science, business informatics, logistics, or comparable training.
- I possess several years of professional experience in logistics/IT, ideally related to supply chain or retail.
- I have good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL and experience handling ticket and monitoring systems.
- I possess a technical understanding of interfaces, data flows, and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes.
- I have experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting, or data analysis is desirable.
- I am characterized by strong communication skills, along with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
- I have very good German and English language skills.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for the warehouse management system and transportation management system along with connected processes.
- I will manage requirements and optimize the system, closely cooperating with specialist departments to define requirements and continuously improve the systems.
- I am in charge of change and release management, including the planning, control, and implementation of changes, releases, and deployments in accordance with the change management process.
- I will participate in implementations, rollouts, and execute user acceptance testing, integration, and regression tests.
- I ensure daily operations and provide 2nd level support for system and process-related issues.
- I will coordinate external partners, including SLA/OLA monitoring and maintenance of service catalogs and operational documentation.
