Requirements
Must:
- I have a degree in computer science, business informatics, document management/administration, or a comparable qualification.
- I have several years of professional experience in IT application management, ideally with a focus on DMS/ECM systems.
- I possess good knowledge of archiving, metadata management, workflow design, and authorization models.
- I have ITIL knowledge (v3/v4) and experience in operational service management.
- I understand regulatory requirements (GDPR, GoBD, ISO 27001).
- I am confident in handling MS 365, Jira, Power BI, and documentation tools.
- I am characterized by strong communication skills and an analytical, solution-oriented way of working.
- I have very good German and English skills.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for the document management system (DMS) and connected processes.
- I manage requirements and system optimization through close cooperation with specialist departments to define requirements and continuously improve systems.
- I handle change and release management, planning, controlling, and implementing changes, releases, and deployments in accordance with the change management process.
- I support test and rollout activities by participating in implementations, rollouts, and executing UAT, integration, and regression tests.
- I ensure daily operations and provide 2nd level support for system and process-related issues.
- I coordinate external partners, including SLA/OLA monitoring and maintenance of service catalogs and operational documentation.
