Requirements
Must:
- Ausbildung oder Studium in der IT
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration von Anwendungen, bevorzugt bei einem IT-Dienstleister
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Als IT Application Administrator stelle ich den Betrieb von Software in der Verwaltung sicher.
- Hierzu gehören unter anderem Test-Management, Release-Management für Updates und Upgrades, Change- und Problemmanagement sowie die IT-Security im Betrieb.
- Ich sorge also für das Lifecycle-Management der Applikationen.
- Ich übernehme die Anwenderbetreuung der Fachbereiche und deren Key User.
