Trading IT - Senior Solution Architect (w/m/d)

Requirements
Must:
- Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to manage complex dependencies in a structured and systematic way.
- Sound understanding of the processes, data flows, and systems involved in Uniper Global Commodities ETRM and Reporting landscape with thorough knowledge of the Trade Life Cycle.
- Experience in driving and delivering change (taking ownership with a commercial focus).
- Ability to facilitate team discussions to solve technical challenges, especially when they involve negotiation between multiple business or technical stakeholders.
- Proven capability for efficient stakeholder communication and management.
- Be a self-starter.
- Must have worked and steered offshore teams.
- Must have owned significant project deliverables in large programs.
- Must have created and supported test cases and UAT.
- Strong team player able to demonstrate experience of working in an international team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete Trade Life Cycle (Power and Gas, UK and Global).
- Follow standard UNIPER IT project delivery processes.
- Identify and engage with the stakeholders to classify, document, and engineer requirements.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with various levels of stakeholders across the organization, from Operational to Director Level.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Business regarding requirement consultations.
- Collaborate in an international, multi-sourced team of Business Analysts and Developers in a globally distributed delivery model.
- Assist in identifying and designing proper IT solutions (solution evaluation & recommendations).
- Maintain a holistic view of solutions and understand the wider impacts.
- Challenge requirements and provide alternative solution options (cost/benefit analysis).
- Be an integral part of the “Business Analyst Community” and help lead and drive best practices within Uniper.
