Requirements
Must:
- Several years of experience in professional Python development, ideally with Django
- Very good understanding of modern software architectures, Docker containers, CI/CD processes, and testing strategies
- Previous experience leading a development team or in a similar role
- Know-how in the area of SaaS products or scalable web portals is a significant plus
- Enjoy defining and establishing development processes and leading corresponding coordination meetings
- German at B2 level or higher and a good command of written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Take over the organizational leadership of a Python development team (9 people) as a dual lead with our Techlead
- Continuously improve development processes, e.g., by analyzing and optimizing the existing Jira setup
- Drive the implementation of innovative features in close coordination with product management and DevOps
- Actively contribute to the technical architecture and strategic development of our platform
- Balance management duties with development, spending 60-70% of your time in active development
