Requirements

Must:
We are seeking candidates with a university or college degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of professional experience in object-oriented software development using C++ (C++ 14 or above) and design patterns. Familiarity with macOS and/or iOS development using Xcode is essential. Experience in fields such as Qt, Objective-C, or JavaScript/React would be advantageous. We value a structured and analytical mindset, being a team player, and a strong motivation to learn new things. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German would be a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Cross Platform Software Engineer for Windows and macOS, I will rely on you to actively contribute to developing new features for our remote access, control, and support solution on both platforms. This role reports to the Team Manager of Software Development and offers a fantastic opportunity to create impact and add value in our agile, modern environment. Your tasks will include designing and developing platform-independent functionalities for our desktop Windows client using C++ and for our desktop macOS client using Swift and C++. You'll optimize and enhance our software with new and efficient algorithms and technologies. Collaboration within a Scrum development team in a continuous integration environment will be key. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient implementation and maintaining code quality. Ensuring the stability and efficient operation of our software across more than 2.5 billion installations will be critical, and you will have the chance to experiment and grow your skills in various areas.
