Requirements
Must:
- Laufendes Studium der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Studienrichtung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Betriebssystemen sowie aktueller marktüblicher Hardware
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie kreative und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des IT-Supports durch Analyse und Lösung von Anwenderproblemen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Hardware sowie Vor-Ort-Betreuung
- Auf- und Abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen im Rahmen von Umzügen oder Neueinrichtungen
- Durchführung von telefonischem Remote-Support zur schnellen Störungsbehebung
