Requirements
Must:
- Completed IT degree, training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in Microsoft Windows & Linux based environments
- Good knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN/WLAN/firewall) and MSSQL databases
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, cloud computing (VMware), virtualization, and SAN
- Very good German and good English language skills in speaking and writing
Responsibilities
- Responsible for optimizing the administration of our server landscape, systems, and networks
- Support in aligning with cloud and M365
- Ensuring a prompt and effective resolution of disruptions and inquiries in specialist departments (2nd level support)
- Monitoring of data center systems
- Ensuring data backup
- Documenting IT systems comprehensibly
