Requirements
Must:
We expect you to have a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent IT qualification. You should possess several years of experience across various IT roles, such as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, progressively moving into Solution Architecture. A solid technical background with SAP ERP in WM, MM, and SD is essential, along with experience in ERP migration projects to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori. You should have strong knowledge of Solution Delivery Frameworks including Project Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, Testing, and Implementation. A good understanding of both standard and agile software development processes is also required. SAP certifications and experience with EDI interfaces are advantageous, as is knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL Server, SAP S/4HANA). We value an independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills. Fluency in English is necessary, while German language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
Your role will include designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions, supporting the transition from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA, and identifying business requirements for new IT solutions and enhancements. You will align business processes with IT strategy and architectural requirements, contribute to the creation of business cases, and develop system specifications and documentation. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, collaborate with external service providers, lead system implementations, conduct system tests, and prepare change and release plans. Assisting in the development of training materials and providing 2nd and 3rd level support, including escalation to service providers when necessary, are also part of your responsibilities.
