Requirements
Must:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch
- Experience with AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Next.js (React)
- Familiarity with Testing & DevOps
- Nice to have: SEO and AI knowledge
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus
- Startup mindset: “You build it, you run it!”
Responsibilities
- Actively shape the further development of our platform
- Deliver quickly implementable, efficient solutions across the entire stack
- Focus on quality, stability, and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and engage in tech discussions
- Provide feedback for the Head of Software and input for strategy
