Requirements
Must:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI, JavaScript, Next.js (React).
- Testing & DevOps are not foreign words to you.
- Nice to have: SEO and AI knowledge.
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
- Startup mindset: You build it, you run it! — take responsibility, drive things forward, enjoy shaping.
Responsibilities
- You actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures.
- You feel at home in frontend, backend, and DevOps, delivering quickly and cleanly.
- You implement efficient solutions across the entire stack, focusing on quality, stability, and scalability.
- You contribute your know-how to the team through code reviews, tech discussions, feedback for the Head of Software, and input for strategy.
