Must:
Als IT Inhouse Consultant SuccessFactors bringst du fundierte Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und Entwicklung von HR-Systemen mit. Du solltest Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors und idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP HCM haben. Teamarbeit und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Fachbereich sind für dich selbstverständlich. Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, sollten ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken gehören.

In dieser Rolle betreust und entwickelst du unsere HR-Systemlandschaft technisch weiter. Du arbeitest eng mit dem HR-Fachbereich zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung innovativer SAP-Lösungen. Du gestaltest die digitale HR-Transformation aktiv mit, insbesondere durch die Ablösung von SAP HCM durch SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
