Requirements
Must:
- You hold an above average Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics, Digital Innovation, Technology Consulting (or similar), with at least two years of relevant professional experience or a corresponding Master's degree.
- You're passionate about digitalization, technological innovation, and IT management.
- You speak fluent English and have basic knowledge of German.
- Ideally, you've gained international experience through semesters abroad, internships, or volunteer work.
- Initial relevant technical skills or knowledge would be a plus.
- You stand out through your team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- You're adaptable within complex organizations and demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
As part of our E.ON International Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to discover and drive the E.ON Group with a focus on IT functions during 24 months. You'll have the chance to work in various functional areas and, depending on your academic focus, deepen your interests in Innovation, Consulting, or Technology (e.g., IT Inhouse Consulting, Cyber Security, Data & AI, etc.). You will get to know different business units and E.ON companies across Europe, including at least one cross-functional and one international placement. You can choose to focus on E.ON's business areas across Germany and Europe that add the most value to your development journey.

We are looking for a Trainee IT (Innovation/ Consulting/ Tech & Cyber Security) (f/m/d) starting on 01/06/2026, to join our team at E.ON and shape the energy transition of Europe. During the program, you will enjoy an unlimited employment contract, individual guidance and support from a self-selected mentor, and a customized learning journey consisting of training and coaching sessions tailored to your personal needs. You will benefit from hands-on learning through exposure to various business areas across about six placements, both national and international, and have the opportunity to build a group-wide and global network.
