Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. You should have at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or data-driven process improvement. A solid understanding of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methods is essential. Experience in cross-functional, international environments is preferred, and knowledge of the energy sector is an advantage. You must be skilled at translating complex AI concepts into clear business language and be fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus. We value curiosity, pragmatism, and an impact-driven approach, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will ask you to identify, design, and implement AI use cases to enhance strategy execution, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions in collaboration with IT, data teams, and vendors. Applying Lean and E.ON Business System principles to develop AI-enabled process improvements will be part of your task. You will align AI initiatives with Energy Retail and group-wide digital, data, and sustainability strategies, build business cases, track impact, and ensure adoption through structured change management. Additionally, promoting responsible AI use, governance, and ethical implementation standards will be your responsibility, along with educating and coaching teams to strengthen AI literacy across the organization.
