Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business, Engineering, or related field - 3 years' experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or data-driven process improvement - Solid understanding of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methods - Experience in cross-functional, international environments; energy sector knowledge is a plus - Skilled at translating complex AI concepts into clear business language - Fluent in English; German is an advantage - Curious, pragmatic, and impact-driven with strong stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

- Identify, design, and implement AI use cases to enhance strategy execution, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction - Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions in collaboration with IT, data teams, and vendors - Apply Lean and E.ON Business System principles to develop AI-enabled process improvements - Align AI initiatives with Energy Retail and group-wide digital, data, and sustainability strategies - Build business cases, track impact, and ensure adoption through structured change management - Promote responsible AI use, governance, and ethical implementation standards - Educate and coach teams to strengthen AI literacy across the organization
