Requirements
Must:
- Completed studies in computer science, IT security, or a comparable qualification
- Profound knowledge in the areas of IT security and risk management
- Experience in the implementation and operation of an ISMS, ideally with certification according to ISO/IEC 27001
- Certifications in the field of IT security (such as CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues understandably
- Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English in speaking and writing
Responsibilities
As the IT Security Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all information security issues within the company
- Developing, implementing, and managing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001
- Conducting risk analyses and assessments to identify security risks and developing measures to minimize them
- Creating and maintaining documentation and policies on information security
- Providing training and raising awareness among employees regarding information security
- Monitoring and continuously improving the ISMS
