Requirements
Must:
- Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the IT field or an equivalent qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable practical experience in the IT field with many years of professional experience.
- Several years of task-relevant professional experience in IT, in the environment of Windows client systems, service desk or product owner.
- Knowledge and broad range of experience with development tools and their provision.
- Professional experience in the public sector is an advantage.
- I enjoy solving problems and proactively bring about improvements.
- Ability to work in a team and interact confidently with other specialist teams.
- Organizational strength, resilience, a high degree of assertiveness, and strong self-motivation round off my profile.
Responsibilities
- I will contribute to the creation of standards and guidelines for DRV Bund-IT.
- I will assume technical and partly functional product responsibility for software products from the development area.
- I will create IT-related analyses, develop and implement concepts and IT systems, as well as coordinate, plan and implement IT processes.
- I will monitor and control IT processes, conduct problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- I will plan, conceptualize, and document IT operating procedures while processing customer requirements.
- I will develop, implement, and monitor IT security and IT quality assurance measures.
- I will prepare and conduct instruction measures and participate in project or working groups and committees (also across institutions).
