Requirements

Must:
- A completed university education (Bachelor's, Diploma/FH or equivalent); ideally in the STEM field of study (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences or technology) or completed vocational training in the IT sector with several years of task-relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification with many years of task-relevant professional experience. - First professional experience in the IT environment as well as first professional experience (ideally several years of professional experience) in risk management. - Proven knowledge (certificates) in risk management. - Business fluent in written and spoken German. - Ideally experience in information security. - You are characterized by a confident and self-assured appearance and the ability to communicate even complex issues to the right audience.

Responsibilities

- Organizing and coordinating cross-agency information security, in particular security and IS risk management. - Supporting risk management for IT security throughout the German Pension Insurance (across all institutions) and advising internal and external stakeholders of the pension insurance institutions on operational issues, including in major DRV projects. - Supporting the planning and implementation of audits as well as risk management and risk control. - Documenting and maintaining the information security policy and taking responsibility for reporting. - Designing and conducting training courses and workshops on risk management.
