Must:

Responsibilities
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in Microsoft 365
- Bearbeitung von Incidents im 2nd-Level-Support und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
- Eigenständige Fehleranalyse und -behebung in unterschiedlichen IT-Umgebungen
- Betreuung verschiedener Kunden und Sicherstellung der Microsoft 365 Dienste
- Administration von Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen
