Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Logistik (Import/Export), idealerweise in Luft- und Seefracht
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
Responsibilities
- Abwicklung von Luft-, See-, LKW- und Bahnfrachtsendungen weltweit
- Organisation und Überwachung von Inbound-/Outbound-Vorgängen an Flughafen, Hafen und beim Endkunden
- Planung und Koordination eingehender und ausgehender Lieferungen
- Kommunikation mit Versendern, Empfängern, Reedereien, Airlines und Logistikpartnern
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Zollabwicklung (Import/Export)
