Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT
- Kenntnisse in der Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb von Public Key-Infrastrukturen, der Active-Directory-Umgebungen, der Backup-Strukturen und der Monitoring-Umgebungen
- Erfahrungen in der Arbeit in agilen Teams nach z. B. Scrum oder Kanban
- Wirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Handeln sowie ein verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Ressourcen
- Starkes Interesse an der Führung, dem Coaching und der Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden
- Praktische Erfahrungen in der Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) und Englisch (B1-Niveau)
Responsibilities
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden der Teams Trust Services und Authentication & Backup Services
- Verantwortung für den hochverfügbaren Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Public Key Infrastrukturen, der Active Directory Umgebungen, der Backup Strukturen und der Monitoring Umgebungen
- Förderung und Identifizierung von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten der Mitarbeitenden
- Erarbeitung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Team Vision in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leitungskreis
- Verantwortung für den übergreifenden Austausch mit den Führungskräften der Fachbereiche
- Management der Personalressourcen im operativen Geschäft
