Responsibilities

In our Digital Delivery team, I will play a key role as a Specialist IT Vendor Management. This new function focuses on providing the right capabilities to our business partners and optimizing our supplier portfolio. I will design and implement core vendor management structures that include central contract and vendor registers, lifecycle governance and renewal tracking, and SLA obligations. Acting as the primary expert for vendor contract structures and serving as a legal interface, I will prepare vendor dossiers for strategic renewals, terminations, and transitions, while defining frameworks for risk assessment, audit rights, and compliance obligations. Additionally, I will support cost-benefit evaluations and strategic vendor decisions, such as consolidation, rationalization, or make-or-buy. In collaboration with the procurement, IT, controlling, and legal departments, I will align vendor processes and contribute my expertise within a collaborative, non-hierarchical team of colleagues who bring strong digital backgrounds.
