Requirements
Must:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, gerne auch Berufsanfänger
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Windows Server- und Clientumfeld (Windows 2019/2021, Windows 10/11)
- Ein hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Selbständigkeit
Responsibilities
- Anwendungs- und systemtechnische Administration und Verantwortung für definierte IT-Bereiche
- Microsoft Client, Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, Mobil Iron / MDM Betreuung im 1st und 2nd-Level Support
- Betreuung des Netzwerkes, Unify Telefonanlagen und Digitalen Stages
- Einrichtung und Betreuung mobiler Devices, iPhone, iPad
- Begleitende Digitalisierung unserer Fachbereiche
- Austausch und Wartung von IT-Komponenten am Hauptstandort und in den Filialen
