Requirements
Must:
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb und Support von SharePoint-Infrastrukturen
- Gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell-Scripting
- ITIL-Grundkenntnisse und Erfahrung im Incident- und Changemanagement
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
Responsibilities
- Konfiguration, Administration und Dokumentation von SharePoint-Infrastrukturen (SP 2016/2019 Enterprise/SPSSE)
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsfenstern inkl. Change-Erstellung
- Second- und Third-Level-Support mit Fokus auf Störungsanalyse und -behebung (Incidents)
- Automatisierung von administrativen Aufgaben mit PowerShell
- Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SharePoint-Lösungen und Drittanbietertools
