Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have completed a relevant degree program of up to 4 years in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or similar fields, along with additional qualifications. You should possess fundamental knowledge and experience in the relevant tasks outlined. A deep understanding of major security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, OT Governance, ISO 27005, and ISO 31000 is essential. You will need to understand security technologies, controls, and best practices, and be able to develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards. Proven experience in leading governance projects and security initiatives, along with strong experience in ISMS implementation, is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements across industries (e.g., Export Control, GDPR, NIS2, Defense, EASA Regulations) and experience with GRC platforms and risk management tools is also required. You must have the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate cultural sensitivity for working with international teams. Fluency in German and English at a negotiation level is mandatory (both speaking and writing), and a willingness to travel domestically and abroad is expected. A security clearance is required or must be issued by the responsible authorities.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, your main tasks will include conducting regular information security risk assessments using qualitative and/or quantitative methods, developing security strategies in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, and proposing corrective measures for medium to large consulting projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures for the entire organization, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations and best practices, and raising awareness of security policies by training employees. You will define and monitor functional and technical mitigation plans, engage in data analytics and mathematical modeling, and plan and lead small consulting projects while significantly contributing to larger ones. You will apply consulting methods independently, document and present results both internally and externally, and design and deliver training to internal and external customers. Your role will also involve the improvement of existing processes and tools, occasional advisory support to customers for potential additional services (cross-/up-selling), conducting internal audits to verify compliance, collaborating on offers and company presentations, and preparing necessary documentation and presentations of your work results.
