- A strong interest in Flight Physics, aerodynamics, or related aerospace disciplines, and an understanding of how the tools developed affect aircraft design. Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand your horizons.
- A solid foundation in object-oriented programming and hands-on experience in at least one modern programming language such as Python or C++ (essential for developing high-fidelity simulation and analysis tools).
- Good knowledge of Linux environments and scientific computing methods, including understanding their application in aerospace analysis.
- Commitment to code quality. Mastery of development with version control, static code analysis, unit testing, and issue tracking would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills. Being an active and open collaborator and communicator, both within and outside the team.
