TMH develops and delivers as well implements intelligent charging solutions for commercial and business needs.
In addition, TMH runs a scaling energy network by intelligent charging management solutions with combined energy gid-net solutions. E.g. with battery energy storages up to 5MW.
With different teams and corefields of technologies and experts, TMH is able to give energy utility a smart, flexible and mobile application.

You are free to choose your preferred operating system. We provide either Dell Precision notebooks or MacBook Pros for development. If needed a company phone and a yubikey can be provided. You are also free to choose your IDE. However, we prefer spaces over tabs 😉

You benefit from your more senior colleagues through a mentoring programme and collaborative coding practices (e.g. pair programming) and take internal and external trainings. As your career progresses through the levels Junior, Advanced and Senior your focus and duties shift from engineering technically excellent solutions within a SCRUM team to overarching responsibilities and product level solution design. By carrying the responsibility to deliver a feature end-to-end all the way through to production (“you-build-it-you-run-it”) you enhance your understanding for the product and the customers' needs and requirements.
At all points in your career you have the option to differentiate between a path focused towards disciplinary leadership, technical expertise or even a role oriented more towards a product/project responsibility.

We focus on deliverying high quality products. For this we make use of existing frameworks where we sit it fit. This saves us time, so we can focus on important tasks and do not reinvent the wheel.

Wie vielfältig sind Ihre Teams? Was ist die typische Teamgröße und -struktur?
We highly value diversity in all regards. The working language in the Tech teams is English.
We work in a scaling SCRUM setup. The size of our development teams is usually 8 developers or less, plus a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. In addition to the primary team organization our experts organize in horizontal structures, where they regularly exchange and share concepts and best practices in their domain (e.g. architecture, data science, data engineering, DevOps, …).

The internationally used term “remote” is not possible with us. Ideally, you are located at the headquarter of the land, which you work at (e.g. Munich in Germany, Paris in France, etc.).
However, hybrid working is possible. An example of how your working week would be structured is: 3 days working from home and 2 days working at the office.
Additionally, you have the opportunity to work 20 days in home office abroad in EU countries.
Exceptional regulations are sometimes possible, depending on the department you work for.

We have a range of product development teams that decide how they work, but throughout the software development teams Scrum using 2-week Sprints is preferred. Quarterly governance review with all developers enables the teams to tailor their way-of-working towards their respective needs and preferences.
Our deployment processes are automated through CircleCI which aims at minimizing the time-to-market of a given feature. Depending on the ecosystem (cloud or embedded device) release cycles are anywhere between one week or 6 weeks.

We publish parts of our software stack open source on github and as a company engage in open source organizations in our field.

The recruitment process usually contains 2-3 steps. If you meet our selection criteria, we will invite you to a first online interview. Afterwards, our Career Day/Meet the team will follow about 2 weeks later in our office in Munich. It usually includes a Tech Deep Dive and serves you in giving insights into our culture, our tech landscape as well as our product vision and mission.
