Kann ich die Hardware auswählen? Wie ist Ihr Codierungssetup (IDE, Betriebssystem, Build-Server, Cloud-Anbieter)?
You will be provided with a MacBook Pro, one or two screens and even a standing desk if you want. We aim to make you as comfortable as possible, just ask! IDE is your choice. Development OS is a Linux machine under Docker. Build server: we use GitLab pipelines. Cloud provider, we use AWS (Amazon Web Services) for most services but also GCP (Google Cloud Platform) for a few BigData services.

Depending on the team, the way this is run will vary. Generally we have 2 or 3 weeks sprints. Of course, depending on the project, the release cycle will be different. For the application we deploy once per sprint, while for the cloud we are aiming for a continuous deployment approach. To give you an idea, coding vs meetings is 90% coding and 10% meetings/planning.

We have in-house workshops or tech presentations very regularly. We encourage knowledge sharing inside the company. There is an educational budget, as continuous learning is part of the company culture.
