Depending on position and experience level, you can expect between one and four steps in your interview process.
We like to know you, know your expectations and personality, and we like also to see how you think in code. This is usually the first step, followed by technical interview.
The third and sometimes fourth step include meeting department lead, HR and if possible also your future team (on-site or virtually).
The whole process is very candidate dependent. Sometimes we need more focus on specific skills, sometimes not. But it it always good for both sides.
