We believe in focusing on your own topics and not being held up by meetings or long presentations about thing you do not care about. We provide you with a structured and well documented environment, organized tickets or research topics with clear expectations, so that you can immedtiately start digging deep into the topic until satisfied with your work. If you need help, your colleagues are always available on Slack for ad hoc coversations and some working together.

All of our employees are hired purely based on their skills. The only limitation is that all employees must be not more than 3h away from our time zone. This allows for working together during the day. The core team is located in Germany, but many of our colleagues are from around the globe. Currently our product team consist of 4 people while we have 7 full time developers.

We are applying a Scrumban methodology in the development process, operating in weekly sprints with brief daily, virtual stand-ups. The meetings are limited to the necessary minimum so that focus time on coding is maximized.
