ServiceNow Administrator and Developer M/F/X - Linden-Süd

I am looking for someone with sound IT know-how, which should be acquired through training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification. You should have at least 3 years of professional experience at a technical and/or process level with ServiceNow, along with several years of experience in the operation and development of the ServiceNow platform, especially in ITSM modules. A good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management, etc.) and 2nd level support activities (troubleshooting, escalation management) is essential. You should be familiar with the configuration and programming of customer-specific extensions (business rules, workflows, client scripts) using integrated developer tools. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer is an advantage. Ideally, you should possess a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and have experience in managing service providers in the on & offshore area. A solution- and process-oriented way of thinking, analytical strengths, and stress resistance in critical incidents are important. Proficiency in German (C1 level) is mandatory, along with written and spoken English skills.
