Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Network & Wi-Fi services (VLANs, ACLs, Routing), Basic PABX/ (Unified Communications) IP Phone systems, server administration, cabling, data backup & recovery, Office 365 administration, Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, Azure Cloud Solutions, Hyper-V, and server/storage management.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
- Hands-on familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework (Incidents, Problems, Changes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Additional certifications in Microsoft, CCNA or equivalent, or cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and applications.
- Monitor systems proactively, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly.
- Provide responsive technical support via calls, emails, and other communication methods.
